Chris Pickett is President & CEO of cb20, a nationally-recognized IT and Audio Visual Services firm headquartered in Saratoga Springs, NY. Chris graduated from RPI with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, and later joined nfrastructure, where he was instrumental in helping drive the company’s growth strategy to one of the largest privately held technology service providers in the Capital Region. In 2016, nfrastructure was acquired by Zones, a Seattle based $2B+ IT VAR. Chris joined Zones as VP of Solution Sales and managed sales teams across the United States responsible for working with Fortune 500 organizations to leverage technology to produce desired business outcomes. In 2020, Chris joined cb20 as a partner and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO); he took over as President & CEO in 2021. Under Chris’ leadership, the company has earned regional and national recognition for its growth, technical excellence, company culture, and security-first architecture. Chris serves on the board of the Pickett Family Foundation, which supports organizations throughout New York’s Capital Region with a focus on healthcare, education, and innovative technology. He currently resides in Saratoga with his wife and three sons.
