Alana Koch joined cb20 in January of 1997. Alana has over 28 years of experience across all of cb20’s internal disciplines, ranging from Administration, Marketing, Finance and Human Resources. Her broad HR experience includes benefits, employee relations, payroll, talent acquisition and leadership. She is an excellent cook… and has yet to lose a cb20 Iron Chef competition! Alana holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI, and a SHRM-CP from the Society for Human Resource Management. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Capital Region Human Resources Association (CRHRA). Alana resides in Niskayuna with her husband, three children and Rottweiler, Buddy.
