Alana Koch joined cb20 in January of 1997. Alana has over 25 years of experience across all of cb20’s internal disciplines ranging from Administration, End-User Services, Marketing, Accounting and Human Resources. Her broad HR experience includes benefits, employee relations, payroll, talent acquisition and management. She is an excellent cook… and has yet to lose a cb20 Iron Chef competition!
Alana holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and a SHRM-CP from the Society for Human Resource Management. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Capital Region Human Resources Association (CRHRA).
