Saratoga Springs, NY – cb20 has announced the launch of Solara, a new internal leadership development program designed to prepare emerging leaders to guide the company’s continued expansion and strengthen its culture of excellence, collaboration, and community engagement. The name Solara – rooted in cb20’s cloud-inspired brand identity – symbolizes light, brilliance, and momentum. It represents cb20’s vision of cultivating leaders who not only rise within the organization but also inspire others to grow, shine, and lead with purpose.

As cb20 continues to grow its market share across New York and New England, the company is investing in a leadership framework that aligns professional development with long-term growth. cb20’s Solara Leadership Program provides structured, high-impact training to a select group of cb20 team members who have demonstrated exceptional potential and commitment to the company’s mission.
The program consists of monthly courses led by Matt Scarchilli, owner of Sandler by Winning Process, an Albany-based franchise of the internationally recognized Sandler Training organization. Scarchilli brings over two decades of experience in executive coaching, organizational leadership, and high-performance team development. His teaching emphasizes accountability, communication, and a growth mindset – principles that closely reflect cb20’s own culture.
Each Solara cohort will meet throughout the year and conclude with a recognition ceremony celebrating participants’ growth and cb20’s progress toward its vision of sustainable leadership and community impact.
