Begins Expansion of Its New Malta Facility
SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY — April 24, 2025 — cb20, an award-winning provider of managed IT and audio visual services, is excited to announce the relocation of its headquarters to a newly designed office at 268 Broadway, Suite 101, in the heart of Saratoga Springs. This move will support the company’s rapid growth and will officially take effect Monday, April 28, 2025.
The new downtown office will serve as a modern, client-focused space designed to reflect cb20’s commitment to delivering “An Experience Above” in every interaction.
Malta Facility Expansion Project to Support Regional Growth
This move follows another major milestone: cb20’s purchase and upcoming buildout of a 25,000-square-foot facility at 9 Old Stonebreak Road in Malta, NY. As reported by the Albany Business Review, the $3 million project will be completed in phases throughout 2025 and will significantly expand cb20’s integration labs, warehousing, and office space. Upon completion, the Malta facility is expected to support nearly half of the company’s growing team, while enhancing logistics, service delivery, and operational capacity for clients across New York and New England.
