IT Managed Services Sales Representative


Responsible for hands on support to customers during events, in-house and on-site. Experience using remote access software to troubleshoot remote systems and servers, configuring, deploying, and maintaining end-user workstations.

  • Follow-up on existing contracts
  • Complete outgoing calls as requested
  • Attend weekly sales meetings to ensure revenue targets are being met
  • Discuss company’s value proposition with clients and provide proper documentation
  • Schedule new account appointments weekly
  • Build professional relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned


  • Associates Degree or accredited certificate in technology
  • Prior sales experience required
  • Ability to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient with general office applications
  • Highly energetic and passionate attitude with a desire to succeed
